I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and kept chilly all night which I liked. Trying to secure a river-view room is a must. However, the service felt biased towards German-speaking guests, causing delays for others. The location was convenient with fabulous views but the dining options were pricey for what was offered.
